I am passionate about great customer experiences: which for me translates to empowering customers to achieve their goals with ease and providing them with a thrill of delight through the process. I also believe that good design has the ability to positively impact businesses and help them thrive.

I was first introduced to user experience in 2018, and I haven’t looked back, as it is a field that marries my passions for developing provoking analysis and strategy, as well as building creative solutions to meet user needs.

My previous experience in human resources, leading strategic people centred initiatives, has honed my ability to be empathetic, creative and resourceful. These experiences have allowed me to better understand user perspectives in order to develop thoughtful and creative solutions, as well as surmount constraints.
